One-Day International Workshop on Sensory Strategies for Sodium Reduction in Indian Traditional Foods on 21st February 2026 at IFTTC Auditorium, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru.

CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru, organized an International Workshop on “Sensory Strategies for Sodium Reduction in Indian Traditional Foods (SSSRITF)” on 21st February 2026 at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru in association with AFST(I), CSIR-CFTRI Campus, Mysuru.

The objective of the workshop is to create scientific awareness and promote evidence-based approaches for sodium reduction within Indian food systems.

The involvement of AFST(I) would significantly enhance the academic value, professional engagement, and outreach of the programme.
